To Albright College (Indoor track meets January 18, 2009): From Philadelphia: Take Rt. 422W past the Pottstown exits. You will see several "422Bus" signs on the way to Albright College - DO NOT FOLLOW THEM! 5 miles before Reading follow the 422W / To Interstate 176 / Reading sign (left 2 lanes). Stay on this bypass approximately 6 miles to the Rt. 12E (Pricetown) exit. Follow Rt. 12E for about 3 miles to the 11th St. exit. Continue down the ramp to your right and onto 11th Street. At the 1st traffic light turn left onto Rockland Street. Proceed to the next traffic light and turn right onto 13th Street. At the 1st stop sign (2 blocks) the entrance to the LifeSports Center will be on your right. The track is on the 3rd floor. From the east-west PA Turnpike: From Exit 298 (Morgantown) take Interstate 176 north to Route 422W. Stay on this bypass approximately 5 miles to Rt. 12E (Pricetown) exit. Follow above directions.

To The Glen Mills Schools (indoor meet Dec 7, 2008 and Feb 1, 2009): Take Route 476 (the "Blue Route") to Exit 5 Lima/Springfield and take Route 1 South (this is the Route 1 Media Bypass). This road will merge; follow the merge as it is still Route 1. You will pass Granite Run Mall on your right. Continue on Route 1 past the Franklin Mint (this will be on your left). At the third traffic light after the Franklin Mint, make a right onto Stony Bank Road. Continue on Stony Bank Road for approximately 1.8 miles until you cannot go any further. Make a left. This is Glen Mills Road. Continue up the hill approximately ½ mile. The Glen Mills Schools main entrance is on the right directly across from the "Glen Mills Schools" sign at the top of the hill. Continue to the back of the campus where the road curves to the right. The Hayes Recreation Center (green and brick) is the second building on the left. To Haverford College:
From Route 476 (the "Blue Route"), take Exit 13 and proceed east on Route 30 (Lancaster Ave.) for about 3.5 miles. Turn right onto College Lane. From City Line Avenue, take Route 30 (Lancaster Ave.) for about 3 miles. Turn left onto College Lane. Take College Lane into center of campus and bear left. You will pass the field house on your right prior to reaching parking lot on the left. There is a walkway from the far end of the parking lot to the field house. To Lehigh University: From Philadelphia: Take Route 309 North to Center Valley. Turn right onto Route 378 North. Continue on Rte. 378 for approximately four (4) miles to the fourth traffic light. Turn right onto Black River Road. Turn left at end of Black River Road onto Bingen Road. . Go straight at the first traffic light - Bingen Road becomes Mountain Drive South. Take the first right turn to enter the Goodman Campus. The Rauch Fieldhouse will be 0.3 mile on your right.
An alternate route for those approaching from points south is to travel north on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Route 476) to Exit 44. Turn left after tollbooths onto Route 663, heading for Quakertown. After 3.5 miles, turn left at traffic light onto Route 309 (West End Blvd.) and continue as described above.

To PLYMOUTH WHITEMARSH HIGH SCHOOL: From Philadelphia: Take Interstate 76 (Schuylkill Expressway) west to the Interstate 476 (the “Blue Route”) exit (#331B). You can also reach Rt. 476 from Interstate 95 south of the Philadelphia Airport. Take Rt. 476 north to Exit 19 (Germantown Pike East). When you get off ramp continue going straight for about ¼ mile until you come to a traffic light at Germantown Pike. Turn right, and after about 1 mile the high school will be on your left. Turn left onto Colonial Drive (between the high school and St. Jude Church). Take the first left behind the high school – parking area, stadium/track will be on your right. From the east-west PA Turnpike: Get off turnpike at the Norristown exit (#333). Stay to your right and get off ramp for Germantown Pike East – Plymouth Meeting. This will bring you onto Germantown Pike. After about 1 mile the high school will be on your left. From the north: Take the PA turnpike NE extension (Interstate 476) south to the east-west turnpike (Interstate 276). Take Rt. 276 west and immediately exit at exit 333 (Norristown) and follow directions from the east-west turnpike above. Note: do not merge into the west bound lanes as the west bound entrance ramp becomes the exit ramp for exit 333.

To Swarthmore College:
From Interstate 95 south of the Philadelphia airport, go north on Route 476 (the "Blue Route"). From Exit 3 of Route 476, head east (right if traveling north on 476; left if traveling south on 476) for about 1 mile. (indoor track meet January 8, 2006): At the Springfield Mall, turn right (south) onto Route 320. At the first traffic light turn right to stay on 320. Follow 320 for about 1 mile into the town of Swarthmore. After passing under railroad tracks, take hairpin left turn to proceed back over Route 320 and into college campus on your right. To Ursinus College From Philadelphia: Via Interstate 76 (the Schuylkill Expressway), take Exit 328A to Route 422 West/Pottstown, just before the Pennsylvania Turnpike tollgates. Travel eight miles to the Route 29/Collegeville exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp turn right onto Route 29 North. Proceed 2.5 miles to the traffic light by McDonald’s. Turn left onto Main Street. Travel 0.8 mile to the traffic light at Ninth Avenue and make a right turn. Proceed 0.2 mile to the Ursinus College West Entrance on the right. Parking lot on left. Entrance to the track is on the lower level of the Floy Lewis Bakes Fieldhouse at the bottom of the parking lot. From the east-west PA Turnpike: Exit at Valley Forge (# 326). Just beyond the tollgates, take the exit to 422 West/Pottstown. Travel eight miles to the Route 29/Collegeville exit. Follow above directions from there. From the N.E. extension of the PA Turnpike (Route 476): Exit at Lansdale exit 31 and turn right onto Route 63 to Route 113. Turn left onto Route 113 South and travel approximately 10 miles. Make a left onto Route 29 South (Amoco gas station across the street). Follow approximately 2 miles. At the stop light in Collegeville turn right onto Main Street and proceed through the traffic light at the McDonald’s. Travel 0.8 mile to the traffic light at Ninth Avenue and make a right turn. Follow first set of directions from there.

From I-276 (PA TPK) – take I-476 South to Exit 1 (McDade Blvd.). Go west on Mcdade Blvd. 0.4mi to Melrose Ave. Continued below. From I-95 – take I-476 North to Exit 1 (Mcdade Blvd.) Go west on McDade Blvd 0.7mi to Melrose Ave. Continued below. From Melrose Ave. turn left onto Melrose Ave. Go 0.3mi to 17th St. Turn left onto 17th St, through arch/gate, sweep right around athletic center to Parking and track access behind athletic center
To: Henderson High School. 400 MONTGOMERY AVE, West Chester, PA Take Rte 202 to Paoli Pike or Rte 3. Go west 3/4-mile (Paoli Pike and Rte 3 will merge to become Gay St). Turn right onto Montgomery Ave. Go less than 1/4-mile; Henderson HS will be on your left.
